We want you to know that we are still here. With emergent veterinary care considered an essential business, we are still able to assist you and your companions during these precarious times.

We care deeply about our community and are taking every precaution to keep our teams and you safe.  The health and safety of our doctors and staff is as important to us as you are; we will never send a sick doctor or team member to your home.

In return, if you have are experiencing any symptoms like fever, cough or respiratory issues, have possibly been exposed to the virus,  please let us know so we can take necessary measures to more safely help you and your pet.

At this time we are taking the additional precautions to ensure both you and our team remains safe:

  1.  While it breaks our hearts to not be able to do so, our doctors and teams will not be giving out hugs. Knowing the importance, especially now, we will ONLY refrain from hugs and handshakes because we MUST.
  2.  Although we would normally spend more time with you in person to talk and hear your concerns and questions, we feel a safer approach now is to conduct these conversations over the phone. This will limit our physical contact. Please, do not hesitate to call and ask questions, we still want to make you as comfortable as possible.
  3.  We have had numerous requests to conduct our appointments on porches and in back yards. We gladly welcome the idea of meeting with you outside to reduce potential exposure and ensure the comfort of you and your pet.
  4. It has been recommended that masks and gloves are worn by the public, and while this is not a typical practice for us, we are taking that advice seriously for us and for you.
  5. Knowing the struggles faced with staying home, we also want you to know that we are continuing the pickups of deceased companions. We can still care for your pets, even if you can’t leave your home.

We thank our community, friends, fellow doctors and veterinary hospitals for their belief in us that we will take the utmost care, compassion and safety in assisting you and your pets in these uncertain times.
